Abington Schools Will Reopen 4 Days Per Week

The Abington School Board met Tuesday to discuss re-opening local schools. A hybrid model was approved, which will allow the majority of students to return to classrooms 4 days per week and spend one day learning from home. Lower COVID rates in the area and a plan to vaccinate teachers by the end of March prompted the return. Some precautions will be in place to help protect students and teachers, such as requiring students to be 3 feet apart at all times.
